Refund policy

At Mafatlal Medfits, your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery for all non-customized products.

Exceptions/non-returnable Items:

Products with embroidery or customization are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
Products purchased during sale or promotional events are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Mafatlal Medfits reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not meet the above criteria.
